We have added a couple additional screenshots showcasing:

• user authentication process with full integration from our credit bureau partner, which we can assist to implement; and,
• funds transfer dashboard where users can verify bank accounts, initiate requests to deposit funds, or request withdrawals back to their bank account

Since news of this site began to spread earlier today, we understand that many of the well-known up-and-coming P2P lending sites have had to field enquiries as to whether they are behind this.

Please be assured that this is not one of the highly anticipated P2P lending companies behind this. We were very deliberate in our strategy to fly under the radar in the planning and development stages, so even if we said who were were, it would just be received with a “who?” anyway.

We kindly request that you refrain from contacting the others in the space regarding this site. Of course you are well within your right to do so, but they’ll just tell you what we have already said

For Sale: P2P Lending Technology

We are from a company that is looking to sell all rights to our proprietary P2P lending technology. Our company has been quietly in development for the past year, though have made the very difficult decision to halt launch plans for reasons internal to our team. We hold extremely high hopes for the future of P2P lending globally, and believe very strongly in the value it provides borrowers and lenders.

We have developed a complete P2P lending web application that will provide any aspiring P2P company with technology to support rapid deployment in any geographical market. We built it from the ground up, and went through extensive internal testing and went so far as to conduct closed testing with users. The system was integrated with credit bureau databases to provide user authentication and automated credit decisioning. Unfortunately, the partnership with the credit bureau is non-transferable, so the system simply has hard-coded data to demonstrate functionality.

It is based on the popular auction-style bidding format for lenders. The front end is fully branded, and a sale can be made to include branding, or packaged as a white-labeled solution. Available intellectual property includes company name, logos, taglines, and a number of top-level domain names.

Terms of sale can be negotiated to include customization, enhancements, and project management / consulting. If you are thinking of using this technology to help close private investment, we may also consider including the documentation we used to successfully close investment in our company (and no, we are not going to disclose how much or who invested!)

This is an extremely rare opportunity to acquire the world’s only out-of-the-box P2P lending system allowing the purchaser to enter the red-hot Person-to-Person Lending space. As far as we know, there has never been an open call for buyers to purchase a P2P lending system. If we weren’t too busy with other projects, we’d probably realize that there is a huge business opportunity in packaging P2P lending software for resale on a licensing basis! However, this is a one-time sale with full assignment of the technology and any other related IP that is negotiated in the deal.

Process will work as follows:

1. You email us expressing interest.
2. We decide if your enquiry is legitimate and serious enough to warrant a response. We apologize in advance if we don’t reply; we will reserve the right to screen enquiries as we see fit.
3. If we like what we see, we will send you a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement, which you will need to sign and send back to us. It not only protects both parties, but enables us to release confidential information.
4. Exploratory talks begin to discuss technical specifications, functional requirements, and costs.
5. If both parties agree to move forward, a Letter of Intent will be drafted and signed. Next steps will then be a function of the terms of the LOI.
